Platters listed below serve 25 guests, unless noted otherwise. Pre-orders must be given three business days prior to your event. Prices do not include sales tax and an 18% service charge.

    Chicken-filled potstickers, flash fried and served with a Mandarin Orange sauce.
  • Shrimp Cocktail
    Fresh shrimp served with our special cocktail sauce.
  • Chicken Satay Skewers
    Tender chunks of chicken breast marinated in Asian spices, served with peanut dipping sauce.
  • Texas Style Meatballs
    A combination of pork and ground Sirloin with herbs and spices with Chipotle BBQ sauce.
  • Steak Skewers
    Charbroiled sirloin sliced and marinated in Asian spices.
  • Spinach and Artichoke Dip
    A blend of cheeses, spinach and artichoke. Served with tortilla chips and salsa.
  • Spicy Chicken Wings
    Chicken wings tossed in our own hot sauce. Served with bleu cheese and vegetable sticks.
  • Asian-Style Honey-Ginger Wings
    Chicken wings glazed in soy honey-ginger sauce with scallions and shredded carrots.
  • Nachos Grande (15 serving platter only)
    Fresh flash fried tortillas with Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese and homemade chili. Topped with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.

  • Ribeye Steak
    16 oz. Ribeye charbroiled medium and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
  • Filet Mignon
    10 oz. hand-cut beef tenderloin with sauteed mushrooms. Charbroiled medium and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
  • New York Strip Steak
    16 oz. pressed with black pepper and brushed with garlic butter. Charbroiled medium and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
  • Angel Hair
    Angel hair pasta tossed with fresh garlic, olive oil, diced tomatoes, fresh basil, capers and fresh parmesan.
  • Shrimp & Calamari Linguine
    Shrimp and Calamari tossed in a light cream sauce.
  • Jambalaya
    Large shrimp, Andouille sausage, blackened chicken and peppers in a spicy Cajun red sauce. Served over rice pilaf.
  • Angel Hair Pasta and Shrimp
    Angel hair pasta tossed with fresh shrimp, fresh garlic, olive oil, diced tomato and topped with fresh parmesan.
  • Grilled Teriyaki Salmon
    Grilled Atlantic salmon glazed with teriyaki. Served over Dan Dan noodles and mixed vegetables.
  • Macadamia Crusted Halibut
    Macadamia crusted halibut topped with a mango pineapple salsa. Served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes.
  • Ahi Tuna
    Charbroiled medium rare and topped with black pepper. Served over garlic mashed potatoes and a wasabi soy sauce.
  • Bangkok Chicken & Grilled Salmon
    Tender grilled Bangkok chicken breast and grilled salmon glazed with sweet teriyaki. Served over a bed of Dan Dan noodles and mixed vegetables.
  • New York Strip & Shrimp Scampi
    16-oz. sirloin strip steak grilled medium and topped with shrimp scampi. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
